Heat oil on high flame
Add cumin and stir it till golden fry
Add vegetables, green chilly, garlic powder and masala except dry mango powder
Mix it well
Cover with lid and shift on small gas
Keep on low flame
Cook for 10 minutes
Open lid and Add dry mathi and chopped coriander
Mix all
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes
Add dry mango powder and mix well
Gajar-Aloo-Matar sabji is ready
Serve hot with chapati
